Jac Charlton is a Master Dental Technician with over 40 years of experience across all aspects of dental technology, including acrylic work, chrome, gold and metal castings, implants, and crown & bridge.

He is also an Emmy Award-winning special effects make-up artist, recognised for Outstanding Prosthetic Makeup on the HBO miniseries The Pacific (2010).

Jac specialises in custom character and creature dental prosthetics for film and television. He combines traditional analogue craftsmanship with modern digital workflows to create precise, comfortable and production-ready appliances that protect the actor’s natural teeth and tissue.

Known for his reliability, attention to detail and collaborative approach, Jac works closely with makeup designers, HODs and effects studios to deliver solutions that meet the highest creative and technical standards.
