Jac FX Studio was founded in 1994 to meet a clear need in the Australian film industry — high-quality, custom character and creature teeth.

Over the past three decades we have worked on major film and television productions, collaborating with some of the industry’s leading makeup designers and effects studios.

All dental prosthetics are manufactured by Queensland-trained dental technicians using bio-compatible materials, under strict safety and sterilisation standards. Our processes are designed to protect the actor’s natural teeth and tissue.

We combine the latest digital workflows with traditional analogue techniques to create carefully engineered aesthetic appliances. This hybrid approach allows us to deliver precise, comfortable and production-ready results, even on the most complex cases — and to work with clients worldwide.

Oral scans or impressions can be sent from anywhere, enabling us to design and manufacture to the highest standard remotely.

Every appliance is custom-built for comfort, function, durability and accuracy.

We also provide support with creature and character special effects, and creative problem-solving.
